Our vehicles are covered with comercial auto insurance along with an additional blanket of protection coverage for liability as required by the Georgia Public Service Commission . We have a one stop reservation service , make a reservation with us and we take care of all of your destinations pick ups and dro off's . B.C. L.S. Company Policy : At BCLS , we are commited to you with the best , safe and on timely proffessional services in the luxury Executive and Corporate transportation world . 1)Client responsility : You are responsible for delays , driver lost and lateness if you give driver wrong directions to your destinations: 2)NO SHOW: Driver will wait for client at Airport , Home , Hotel , Office and etc . If driver do not make contact with client after 1 hour ,t he client will be charged the full fare amount . If you can't locate your driver , please call us @ 770-922-3837 for asistance . Driver will display your name sign while waiting . 3)AIRPORT PICK UPS: If we show up with a stretch limousine to do a Sedan pick up,{due to heavy booking} there will be a surcharge of between $15.00 to $20.00 extra based on how far we have to come to pick you up to your destination . 6)DAMAGE TO VEHICLES: Each vehicle assgned for service or charter will be in good condition ,including the condition of the Interior,Window,Glass,Seats,Fiber optic lights,Mirrored ceiling,Stereo ,CDplayer , TV and VCP . Any damage caused by the renting party , individual and business will be billed to them accordingly . Minimum on damages and soiling is $200 to $1,000.00 . On all Airport pick ups , clients are advice to meet their driver at limousine lot , section G @ the Ground Transportation area . 1/2 an hour waiting on arrival{domestic 1 hr on international flights}is free , additional time will be $10.00 every 15 minutes. An hour after the flight arrival , the charges will be 2 hours minimum (Sedans only) and $20.00 evry 15 minutes on stretch ( 3hrs min' on international arrivals) 4)HOLIDAYS "XTRA"CHARGES: Holidays are New years Day , Idependence Day ,Thanksgiving Day,Easter, Memorial Day and Christmas Day $20.00 on Sedans , $35.00 on stretch Limos. 5)UNSCHEDULE STRETCH PICK UPS: |
